Ya, there is no other way to make it work ,try a reset ,if still it does not work, then you have to get it repaired from somewhere....

Throttle acts like an on off switch below 3000rpm

I'd be checking those throttle bodies for any contaminants or obstructions, then ensure the ECU is wired right. Injector's good? No dead birds in the air ram intake!
Cheers.

Charged battery out of car. reconnected battery, car starts but shows theft prob, oil light but just changed oil and filter,no fan, windows, etc working. gear display blinks all the time. is there a reset for...

There is a reset for the ECU but unfortunately it's not a DIY job. All dealers and most mechanics have the special equipment for an accurate reset.
HINT: Theres an inexpensive device on the market that you can plug into a cars cigarette lighter that will provide power to ECU if you need to remove the battery.

ZX14 was wrecked

Drain the fron end fork and replace it using a recommended approch. Even levels and not air bound or a suchion bound may cause a stiff fromt end and not flexible enough that can not be noticed standing still and pushing down on the front end, This can cause a wobble that is like a loose wheel
