Question about Lexmark JetPrinter X1185 All-In-One InkJet
Did you try all of the basic? shut down both the computer and printer and turn them on again, check cable connectivity and make sure everything is connected the way it should.
also, do you have any light on the printer?
next I would try to check if the printer is installed properly. I would reinstall the drivers anyhow, no matter if you see it is installed. of course you need to make sure that you have unistalled the old driver. after installation restart and check again
