Question about Cell Phones
I have a new Samsung HTX720GT cinema system on to my new Samsung 40'' 8000 series tv. trying to put TV sound through the system and there is a whistle in the back ground, how do I get rid of it please?
If this is an audio question then let's assume that there are differing grounds between each unit. There are devices on the Internet that show that they can remove any background sounds between two devices with differing grounds. http://www.beststuff.com/audiovideo/xitel-s-new-ground-loop-isolator-stops-speaker-hum.html
Could you have plugged in an analogue stereo into a digital output on your tv?
If it is a component inside the tv then this may answer the question. I found a high pitched ring in a tv i owned once. It was a fixed coil inside that wasn't factory glued tight enough to not vibrate using it's magnetic field. it looks like a ferrite rod with magnet wire wrapped around it but just one layer and only about an inch high. It is probably similar on your tv.
