Question about Bosch 1600H-NG Natural Gas AquaStar AquaStar Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater...
I hope you have called Bosch about this and had it resolved by now. But if the pilot light is turning on and not going to fuller burner operation, the unit is not recognizing full flow. Clean the inlet filter screen, service the water valve or clean the flame sensor (the small bar the the pilot light hits) with a dollar bill. If that does not fix the problem, contact a Bosch service provider in your area (# at boschhotwater.com). It could be a problem with a gas solenoid.
