error code 83c00020 on screen when power on. help?

yes I have the same problem, but was unable to use the website offered by VNEASE. Any other solutions?

The off/on button constantly blinks and will not turn off, and the Photosmart Express viewfinder has the code 83C00020.

Please help me. Thank you.
