If this is a new installation, check that the faucet at the wall turned on (both hot and cold). Then check if there is a main water valve for your laundry area that needs to be turned on.

Otherwise, it is likely a solenoid (electically operated valve) that has gone bad. Call a repair man or check the schematic. It is rare that both hot and cold are not working (Set laundry temp to "warm" for both hot and cold to run).

Your problem is most likely caused by a bad water inlet valve. Go to http://www.partselect.com/PartDetail.aspx?Inventory=334646&SourceCode=6 this is the most common water inlet valve for Whirpool. They are getting $24.64 + shipping. This is very easy yo replace. It even comes with detailed instructions. The part is located on the inside of the back panel. Good luck

How do i set the water temperature?

There is a panel on the side of the water heater.
There is a screw that will allow the panel to be removed.
Under some insulation there will be a dial that indicates + or - for temperature. That is the adjustment.
DANGER # 1) - Setting the temperature too hot can result in SEVERE BURNS. - DON"T DO IT!
DANGER # 2) - There are electrical connections inside this area, IF YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DON'T EVEN TAKE THE COVER OFF.

What makes my water temperature to rise?

Your water temperature rises due to certain things. If your aquarium is crowded, you have species that eat a lot and produce a lot of waste, fish been over fed, you don't have an efficient filtration system and maybe you don't change the water in your aquarium frequently.

How do you eat freeze dried food?

You don't need to do any cooking to prepare freeze dried food. You just add hot water and wait 10 minutes. If you don't have any hot water you can use cold water to prepare cold food.

Water leaking under car

You sure it isn't the condensate from the Air conditioner?
You should have antifreeze in the radiator, not just water.
If this is clear water,it's probably condensate and no problem.
BTW,if you weakened your antifreeze solution by adding water to it,you might want to check if the freeze point is still around 30-40 below zero Fahrenheit. don-ohio (:^)

My rotitller keeps dying. What could be the problem? Could.the.ground be.too dry?

You don't say how long it runs but water in the gas may be one cause. It also causes hard starting. Outside and in a clear area - Loosen the nut on the bottom of the fuel bowl just enough to let gas and maybe water leak out onto a piece of flat cardboard.. Water looks like bubbles when it hits where the gas hits. If you see water remove all the gas form the tank and try again. Gas cans also accumulate water. Check by pouring into glass jug. Any water will be seen rolling around the bottom edge. If so you can pour the gas back in but don't let the water back in.

I have a 1991 40 gl and it fell through the floor which is like 2 ft off the ground. turned the water off and replaced the pipes it has its own lever type power supply with the screw in fuses 30 amp (2) of...

You have 2 problems with several possible causes:
You have 10-year-old electric water heater that was reinstalled after falling down, and doesn't heat the water.
And you have no hot or cold water pressure, and no pipes are leaking.

1) First problem is lack of water pressure throughout house.
Turn on outdoor spigot nearest to water meter.
This spigot will tell you if problem is inside the house or between the house and meter.
If spigot runs full force, then you probably have clogged pipe where water heater connects to main cold line, or the main shut off valve got clogged with sediment that broke off inside the pipe when you were working on water heater.
Open and close shut off valve to see if that helps. Then disassemble pipes and track back the problem. Put pressure gauge on water heater drain valve to watch pressure drop when turning on indoor faucet.
Read following information:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Low-hot-water-pressure.html

Water heater doesn't work:
Test across wires at top of heater to see if you are getting correct voltage:
If tank is receiving correct voltage, then no hot water puts suspicion on upper element or upper thermostat, or both.

I have a bosch system 21e it is, i was told to ignite the pilot light, can you tell me how this is done?

Consult your owners manual.
http://www.bosch.com.au/content/language1/downloads/70R_UserManual1023.pdf
Heres a new one if you don't have or lost yours. You can't, you got bad advice. tankless system don't have a running pilot light. They operate by detecting water flow and then turning on. Many also state on the lighting instructions to NEVER try and manually light the pilot. Try Bosch tech support. Lowes sells Bosch heaters and they might be able to help you get the support number faster. Hope this helps but please don't go sticking a flame inside there.

My iphone 4 submerged in water and sence then the flash is on please advice

Turn it off!
If the water was salty, it gets a bit harder and riskier. If it was a salty water, you have to first put your phone in a non-salty water to get the salt off. Don't leave it there for long, just long enough for the salt to be gone. The time it took in the water it was dropped in is a good choice.
Now remember the first step, turn it off!
Wait for a couple of days. Wait as long as 4 to 5 days to be sure, because it takes really long for the phone to dry. Don't use a hair dryer! Don't put it on a heater. Just put it someplace dry and cool, not direct under the sunlight but also not in dark.
After waiting that long, hopefully your phone will return back to life. If not, you have also lost your chance with the Apple service, because they don't cover water damage. Try your luck though.
