Question about OfficeMax 0M96431 Shredder
There's only 1 true way to unblock the teeth, that's to put it in reverse to try to remove paper from the feeder channel. After that, unplug the unit, turn the head upside down and "dig" the paper out with a small knife, flathead screwdriver, or tweezers. The paper will come out a little at a time but eventually will come out in chunks. The only alternative would be to completely dismantle the shredder (not recommended).
