Question about Saeco Vienna De Luxe Espresso Machine
If the water does not come through, then there is an "explosion", that means that there is a blockage somewhere inside the machine.
The water will not arrive to the filter , but it will gain excessive pressure, until getting vapourized and causing the "explosion".
A technician must take apart the machine to find the blockage inside the brew unit, chacking all lines.
Also ensure that the filter is not clogged.
If you need a quote on repair, or if you want to find out if Saeco will cover the expenses, call them at the number listed on the owners manual.
