Where is the power window relay located on a 1964 Pontiac GTo with AC.

I believe those older cars used circuit breakers, not relays, for the power window systems. By using a test light, you don't know if battery voltage is present at the window switch. Maybe the voltage is reduced, somehow.
I would first check the switch's power with a voltmeter. If the motor is getting battery voltage, I would say the motor. If the voltage is low,
you had better find a wiring diagram, Dave, to trace it out.

Window motors sounds

It sounds like the power locks are making the noise to me. First the power going to the window gets shut off when you shut off the key. Second the window will not make noise unless the cable for the window regulator is broke, then the window will go down and stay down or up and wont go much of anywhere. Try to hold the power lock button and listen for the same noise. Most of the time the one of the switches go bad and keep trying to lock the car. Its usually the one that wont lock or unlock.

Noise of 2004 Volvo s40 2.4i

Cannot figure out what that part is, but it has a vacuum line connected. Therefore, it should not be functioning unless the engine is running. I would have to guess there is a wire crossed in the key cylinder. The presence of the key should activate the warning system and perhaps deactivate the security system. However, the engine system wiring comes in proximity to the warning wiring behind the ignition switch near the contact reel. It's possible you have a short in that area. I am posting access instructions from autozone.com.
CAUTION Models equipped with a Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), use an inflatable air bag. Whenever working near any of the SRS components, such as the impact sensors, the air bag module, steering column, and instrument panel, disable the SRS.

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2. Disconnect battery cable.
  3. Remove steering wheel and air bag module. Refer to Steering Wheel removal and installation.
  4. Remove steering column covers. Remove or disconnect the following:

Screws from lower coverClip mounting between the upper and lower coversLower steering column coverUpper steering column cover
  5. Remove the contact reel:
    1. Disconnect the left connector.
    2. Remove the screws.
    3. Remove the contact reel.

To install:
  1. Install the ignition switch:
    1. Position the ignition switch and tighten the screws.
    2. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Install the contact reel. Tighten the M5 screws to 44 inch lbs. (5 Nm).
  3. Install the upper and lower steering column covers. Tighten the screws.
  4. Install the air bag and steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel removal and installation.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.

Whenever its time to take photos, the camera makes a wierd noise and the focus lens do not shoot out as normal, what should i do???

When a camera makes a noise that isn't normal, usually it's a mechanical failure of the lens.
Remove the battery for a few minutes and turn the camera on and attempt to take a picture again.
If it doesn't work, I can venture to guess that the camera's lens mechanism is defective.

The in dash emergency flasher button which i think is also the signal light flasher makes annoying clicking noises whenever it likes

The computer system is constantly doing self tests. Unless you note a problem when it clicks, I wouldn't worry about it. If it is annoying then you may want to have a mechanic take a look at it. Good Luck
