Question about Cell Phones
One of two possibilities. Either the phones radio is bad or the phone has liquid damage. Take it to the local carrier repair shop.

1.I am going to state the obvious now.
Have you moved to a area which doesn`t supply your w388,or can you move closer to a window to get signal.
2.One thing that can happen is if you move into a different area that doesn`t find your phone signal, the "emerg calls" can remain on.
Turn off your phone, take out the battery for 5 secs then putit back in.Turn on and should fix the problem.
