I have imate jasjam mobile when i switch on my mobile only white screen will come i cant view the screen plz tell how to solve it

reinstall ur phone software.......it might hepls..........if won't then there will b a hardware problem in ur phone

This was successfully acheived by opening Windows Mobile Device Center first from the Start Menu, then connecting the smart phone while the WMDC was still open. All the previous attempts I was expecting WMDC to open automatically when I connected the JasJam.

Hi. You can hard reset your device by pressing the left and right upper softkeys at the same time, and while pressing them press the reset hole with the stylus. Don't forget to get a backup of all your data since a hard reset will erase your data. Hope this helps.

yes it works it takes a lot of memory of the mobile but still it works ok.

For XP its Active sync 4.5
For VISTA it shold be preinstalled on as Windows Mobile Device Manager, you can download both software from microsoft.com

i had the same problem with my imate. i had to send it back for repair, They said that it needed a software upgrade. Don't know if that was true or not but it did fix it.
