Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-32FS120 32" TV
Good day to you friend. in the beginning i would check the color transistors on the circuit board on the back of the crt neck. it has been a while since i have had to deal with these, but i believe it is supposed to be around 5v per transistor. if one of these are completely off in voltage from the other two then suspect that one to be at fault..if you are checking for resistance then you could do that also. make sure all power is off and the voltage has been drained from the set. check the caps by the color ic also with an esr, or use your ohmmeter.test your color ic for correct voltages that could cause erratic color problems. i personally believe that you are having problems with your green color amp on the back of your crt neck. it is gradually going out that is why it is turning a greenish color. thank you for reading and please rate my solution.
