Problem for Genius VD3000022 Webcam

Genius VideoCAM Messenger

ive bought the webcam and everything seems fine

however it wont turn on and im always getting a blue screen,
the input seems to be off my tv card which is a WinFast TV2000XP Expert
when i try to change it to the VideoCAM messenger i get an error that says
Could not connect to capture pin #0 to grabber.
Is the capture device being used by another application?

can someone please help me get my webcam working?

i suggest you uninstall previous driver. Then restart your pc and re-install again your web cd driver then re start pc again
