Question about Genius 31100006100 M609 G Pen
I put in a new battery and tip, see no visible damage, but my (Genius M609) pen still doesn''t work. The rest of the pad works fine (scroll, zoom etc). Pen was working last night. Removed and inserted USB several times, but no reaction - cursor doesn't budge. Do I need to replace my pen? Where?
I do not think that you have to replace anything yet. But do uninstall the pad and after a reboot, reinstall it. This way you would obviate the damage caused by any virus or SW malfunction. Such things do happen sometimes.
