Question about Canon PIXMA iX4000 InkJet Photo Printer
The paper jam may not be very visible and obvious. It may be somewhere after the rollers. Some paper may be stuck in some place in the paper path. Open up the printer and clean the insides with a soft cloth and a brush. That should remove all the bits of paper inside. OR the teeth on the roller sides may have some dirt stuck on them which does not allow the rollers to roll freely and hence is as bad as paper jam. The idea is that the rollers do not roll whether because of paper or some dirt on the roller teeth. They have to be cleaned.
