Question about Cell Phones

1 Answer

I want to print off the pictures that are on my camera phone.

I have an LG280 camera phone. I am having a lot of trouble getting help on how to get the pictures off my phone. Either no one knows how, or they don't have the accessories to do so. I have Bluetooth on my phone, but for whatever reason, it won't work at the Kodak picture Kiosks. Please let me know how to go about it, either at the kiosk, or where I can get the necessary accessories to do so. I live in Cayuga, near Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Send them all to your email address and print them off that way or transfer to a frinds phone with a card in it and go to walmart with them on the card and print them that way

Can't print date on pictures

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I would like to have the date print on my pictures, can you help me.The date shows on the camera

Hi kcrdnl264,

The camera records the date/time with the image file but will not imprint it over the image. That's done when you print the picture. Consult your printer manual and/or the manual for the printing software.

1. If you simply want to see the date and time on the screen, press up/down while reviewing your pictures until you get the view you want.

2. If you want the date and time printed on the pictures, that needs to be done in whatever program you use to print. For example, Nikon ViewNX has a "Print Photo Information" check box in its Print dialog.

Note: The camera is not going to damage your pictures by imprinting date and time on any portion of the image. It will record that information (and a lot more), but its priority is on getting the image data.

Hope it helps.

Thank You for using Fixya.

How do I set the DATE & TIME so that it appears on all my pictures I shoot with the Nikon D70 ?

There's no way to have it display on the pictures, but the date and time (and lots of other data) is recorded with the picture. If you want it to display when you print, you can setup most softwares to do this. If you print from the camera, there is a way to have it print date/time on the pictures, but I've never found anyone who actually prints directly from a camera.
If you take it to a lab or retail store, ask them to help you get it on your printed photos. The photo kiosks can read the date from the file and print it out. Sometimes they print it on the back also.

Hi I am trying to Connect my new Pogo Printer to my Canon Powershot A40 and having trouble, can you help?

I have that camera and a new Pogo printer. To print, attach the camera to the printer with a USB cable. Make sure the camera's "take pictures/view pictures" slide switch is in the down view pictures position. Turn on the printer, turn on the camera. Select the picture to print. Press the camera's FUNC SET button. Accept the default settings and press the FUNC SET button again. In a few seconds, your picture should start to print.

Trying to get operation manual for my new LG280 cellular phone

I suppose you have either the LG KG280 or the LG MG280.

There is a manual that's made for both types. You can download it from rapidshare here

Difficulty reviewing pictures when camera docked

Had the same thing happen. You must use the arrows on the dock, not those on the camera.
