Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
Take the battery cover off the phone.
Turn the phone so that the writing on the battery if right-side up.
Take out the battery.
In the lower left-hand side of where the battery was, there are 4 small "fingers" which are the connector for the battery.
Lightly rub those fingers with your finger, being careful not to push them too hard. (This should clean them.)
Then look on the battery where you will see the 4 connections for the fingers. Clean each of those using a q-tip or the end of a tissue.
Reinstall the battery, and it should correct your problem.
