You have to make sure that JavaScript is turned on, and that you have an updated version of Macromedia's Flash Player.
To be sure that JavaScript is turned on –
Internet Explorer -
Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Click on Custom Level -> Scroll down to Scripting (near the bottom) and click Enable for Active Scripting.
Then OK, and OK again.
Firefox -
Tools > Options > Content > Enable JavaScript (Windows)
Edit > Preferences > Content > Enable JavaScript
In case JavaScript is turned on and you still can't get it to work, download the latest version of flash player.
Try pushing the "on" & "start" buttons together for 5 secs or more. If it does not clear from the display, switch of the machine for 5 mins and try again.
Do the printer works fine with letter paper?
Does the paper size is selected as Legal for your print job?
You can try to re-install the printer driver, sometimes this solve the issue.
