Injector line connected to all three injectors

I have a fuel Injector line connected to all three injectors broke on end. Is this a return line of some sort? It's all one piece across the injectors. Not the main feed on top. It has a rubber tube on one end and hard line on other end but has collars that slip over each injector connected to each other by hard line.

Are there wires connected to each injector?Confused about"not the main feed on top"Older John Deere's would run the return line back to the tank in plain sight.Hook up a hose to the line and run to a container and see if engine will run.If runs OK that would be your return hose,if not that would be your high pressure line.

I am breaking oil pipe injector lines at the bango bolt where it goes in the injector pump. What can cause this

Not knowing the car model/engine - a couple of things come to mind: Over tightening the banjo bolt, incorrect oil line placement while tightening, and missing brass washers on the banjo bolt.

sounds like the injector sleeve O rings have failed this was common.
if you put a clear plastic piece of hose on supply line for diesel fuel filter to head fitting at front and fuel is not black but normal diesel colour thats good.
then put clear hose on return line fitting at rear of cylinder head and fuel is now darker, engine oil is by passing injector sleeve top O rings and entering into fuel gallery in head.
rocker cover, injector rail, injectors need removing and injector sleeves need replacing as well as O rings and seats.
a special tool is needed to remove the injector sleeves out of the head. you will also need to drain the cooling system before removing the injector sleeves, so coolant is also needed.
dealers have special tool for injector sleeves

Can you remove the injectors on 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesell whithout removing the engine not a lot of space to get the back injector out ???????

YEP REMOVE TOP ENGINE COVER AND DISCONNECT INJECTORS ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR,REMOVE FUEL RETURN LINE FROM INJECTOR, REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR HIGH PRESSURE LINE, REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR RETAINER AND RETAINING BOLT,THEN REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR FROM THE CYLINDER HEAD. YOU NEED A FUEL INJECTOR EXTRACTOR TOOL 9075A ON TO INJECTOR AND CYLINDER HEAD.YOU DONT HAVE TO REMOVE THE ENGINE.

99 Astro van. This engine has a supply and return line from the injectors. Is it possible to flush the system by plugging the return line and running a can of injector flush through the system myself...

You may further cause problems. I would recommend disconnecting the fuel line at the injectors, and disconnecting the fuel line before the gas tank, making sure there isn't a fuel filter along the way. If there is, then disconnect the fuel line at the filter. Use a compressor and blow air from the injector side, down to the filter end. Make sure you try and keep as much moisture out of the line as possible. You can do this with each segment of fuel line to flush out any particles that may have clogged your lines. Your filter may be your main problem. Try changing that first!

pressure underhood is good. i'd check the plug conection at the throttle body(injector).see that the injector trigger wires haven't been cut or crimped around the air filter.the injector can be removed from the body for cleaning, but you may want a shop to do that with an ultrasonic cleaner.does it spray at all when cranked?check all sensor connections too.

The three lines that go into the fuel pump. this is a plastic tanl

You have the 1. hi pressure line to the fuel filter and then to the injectors, 2. the return line from the fuel injector system to the gas tank. 3. you have the return line from the EVAP canister at the left rear of the blazer. Note it's common for the fuel line to leak along the frame rail where the lines are clipped on to the nylon brace. Hope this the answer your looking for, the only two lines that is going to have fuel is the hi pressure and return, the EVAP line is vapors from the canister.

The last pieces in the chain are the fuel regulator and the injectors. The regulator is inside the throttle body, but it sounds that maybe the injectors are not firing. For nothing else, check out the connections to the injectors. Possibly they are clogged. Try a few treatments of injector cleaner.
