Question about Tefal 61621 Steam Cuisine 2-Cup Rice Cooker
Do I have to add water in with the rice or only in the bottom of the steamer>?
It may be clogged with calcium, this video of a similar Tefal steam cuisine 600, vegetable steamer, and me fixing it, may help

You have to put 2 cups of water in the bottom and wait for it to boil. when it starts boiling, just wait for the rice to be cooked.
hope this will help you.
