-   I have a little black apple i pod audio player (without screen) that will be recognized as a usb device properly but on trying to open it I get the message "Please insert disc". When removing it ,(using the right clicking method, it shows as a boot loader device. Can i download software to fix this problem

creative zen 8GB .brought 1 week bak only....got stuck when fully charged...!!no reaction....even computer isnt dectecting ....was storing songs..!!
there is a blue light glows in the power switch(the power light)...its not getting turned of either!!..screen is totally dark aswell!
wats wrong... plss help

Player does not turn on at all when not connected to computer. When connected to computer, it shows that it is charging and that is all it does. I have tried to reset it by holding the button in for the recommended 15 seconds, but it still does not work.

its not responding, i tried to turn it on but it wont start. i hook it up to my comp and it doesnt do anything eather!!!!!
