It is repaireable but its going to cost more that a new scope,, your one has shook its self apart,, to fix it it needs to be striped right down all the glass will need to be cleaned and after the repair it will need to be refilled with gas,,,,so its not worth the cost of a repair,,sorry

Simmons scope repair

If your scope is worth more than $400 than it might be worth repairing. If not I would buy another scope. The repair cost would exceed the value.

My cross hairs do not move when i adjust my sights. i bought a laser bore sighter and the laser points in the same exact spot no matter how far i turn my adjustments nor do my cross hairs move.

This happens a lot during bore sighting, - no shock to the scope to jar the cross hairs. So take your screwdriver and use the handle - rap the scope or better just tap it. Not hard enough to bend/dent it but jar it so things can move if need to.

I have to use reading glasses to use a simmons blazer rifle scope.....othewise the image is blurry.

You can't see the cross hairs or the whole picture is blurry? I know that the rear ring on the scope will bring the cross hairs into focus, glasses or not, and the scope itself should be clear all the way down, I can't see a thing either without glasses and it has really hampered my shooting. It ain't no fun , it's frustrating. Try turning the rear eyepiece, see what happens, hope this helps.

Cross hairs turn when adjusting power

Sounds like somebody took your scope apart and forgot something. You can remove the rear of the scope, but you might want to send it back to the factory. Some scopes are filled with nitrogen to stop them from fogging up, But maybe only the front part. Take the eye piece off, you should be able to get to the cross hair unit, it should come out in one piece, find out why it spins, might be missing a washer, I have replaced the cross hairs on scopes before with spider webs, I tried a dolls hair once, I thought it was thin enough, .002 ",, It looked like a rope inside there when I got it back together. Good luck, let us know what happens.

4 power older no x hares and foged

Likely this was a nitrogen filled scope (once) Cross hairs can't be replaced and the scope cannot be re-filled and sealed unless you send it back to the manufacturer. Likely the cost will be higher than you want to spend as there are many fairly decent scopes available for $100 -$200 that will work equally well or better than what you have. Simmons and Bushnell have a good selection and unless you intend to mount it on a 45-70 or something they will last a long time!

Crosshairs look like an x instead of a cross got back from ABO repair for stripped tube, where eye bell fits on. they said they changed the tube. I shot about 50 rds with it when problem developed tasco...

You can get to the cross hairs of a scope, but not much further without some special tools. Take off the rear lens, just unscrew the whole thing, and you will see inside there a ring with slots in the side? A small screwdriver in one of the slots should spin the threads out. You should be able to remove the cross hair tube, inside of it on the front, you should have another lock ring with the slots, spin the cross hairs straight and lock them down. This is a basic scope, I'm sure they are all different, but basically the same. Try it. You cant hurt it, it's already broken, and you will have to send it back out again if you fail. I don't know what they charged you, but there is a guy on ebay advertising scope repair, $45, all scopes.Hope this helps.

Cross hairs keep turning

I don't shoot BB guns, but I looked up your gun/scope combo. It' a $65 Chinese product. At this price level you cannot expect a decent scope or rifle. It just can't be done. The scope will not be worth fixing.
