Get a data cable, some usb blue toothe sets have the right cable so check the old phones/headsets before buying one. plug it in and the sync digital media files to this device, or import video and photos. This is in vista.

U have to follow this process.
Install Any USB drivers which are needed for your cable. Then connect your phone to the PC. Open Windows Media Player and click on the sync tab in Windows Media Player. Now on your phone hit MENU->Get It Now->Option 1 Music and Tones->6 Sync Music and the phone should show up under the devices in Windows Media Player. Now add the songs you want transfered to the sync side of Windows Media Player. Click Sync in Windows Media Player. and finally enjoy your music.
