Not familiar with this bar but...
If it is in your browser window, right click in empty space at the top to open your toolbar control panel. deselect it if listed. (If it is listed then open Tools, Addons and uninstall it here.)
If it is in the Windows Taskbar, again right click in its empty space. Select Toolbars and deselect.
