Question about Toshiba Satellite R10-S802TD Tablet PC
Posted on Aug 15, 2008
Yes, my device manager shows the Sound device. I never receive an error message when I play a media file. In fact, I always hear the sound but the sound is low. Only after I open another program such as 'InterVideo WinDVD" then the sound amplifies to its maximum. And on some other occasion, when I play a media file again, the sound is at its loudest.
I did not mute any channels.
Thanks for your time. I appreciate your help.

Hi, I'm having the same problem with not being to hear any sounds on my Toshiba A75-S209. The volume buttons are all up high and there are no error messages for the sound device. Help?

Sound issue can be related to driver, sound settings or hardware itself. If you tell me more about the issue an I will give you step by step solution.
Check if device manager shows the Sound device? When you play a media file does it indicates any error message? Have you unmuted all the channels?
I will look forward your follow post
