motorola do not yet support the w370 w375 with the latest version of motorola Phone tools
There is a 370 usb driver for download that also drives the w375, but it only allows explorer access to the images and sounds folders, not to addresses, or to use the device as a mode or any of the expected functions.
there is not supposed to be any driver required for winxp winVista, macs not supported
Note: The handsfree speaker won’t work when your phone is connected to a handsfree car kit or headset. this is all they have to offer http://motorola-global-eng.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/motorola_global_eng.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=3056&p_created=1176240143&p_sid=yvNEkhXi&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9MjUzJnBfcHJvZHM9JnBfY2F0cz0mcF9wdj0mcF9jdj0mcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD1yaW5nIHdpdGggaGVhZHNldA**&p_li=&p_topview=1 and vibrate and ring setting may be all you can do http://motorola-global-eng.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/motorola_global_eng.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1038
