The oil filter needs to be blown out, as well as the bar and behind the bar as the feed is just an open canal on the saw side of the bar. On your model their may be a guard that needs to be removed to access where the pump assembly comes out.

the tube to the the oiler metering valve is probably broke open. This happens with age. Replace the tube by cutting tube on sharp angle and push through the oiling port. using needle nose pliers pull tube in enough to cut and attach to the metering valve.
