Question about Magellan Maestro 4040 GPS Receiver
Turn it on, make sure the battery has a good charge on it, then locate the reset hole on the left side near the bottom and use a paper clip to depress the switch...youll know its reset if the unit goes off and reboots....if that fail, it needs a digitizer (the part that lets you navigate your magellan) its the upper layer over the touch screen.
i buy broken magellans off ebay if i need a digitizer or screen..normally for under 20.00
