Re: rca pro854

You just need to match up the colors of the cables on both the camera and the DVD Player. Also, make sure that you plug the cables into an input on the DVD Player, and that The DVD player is tuned to that input usually accesed before channel 3 or by pressing input on the remote

No sound when trying to play back on TV. Can hear sound thru camera but that's it. It's a JVC GZ-HD320

Normally you require a cable to connect to the TV. It should have at least 3 RCA connections to connect to the TV: Yellow for video, red for right audio and white for left audio. The camera connector will have a small stereo type plug that has 3 sections on one stem corresponding to the yellow, red and white cables.

What do i need to play back recorded video onto my t.v from my sony handycam dcr-trv260...i have s cord, usb cord, yellow rca jack??? so what else do i need!!!...nothing i have tried has worked???please...

You can connect this camera to a suitable TV with either the S-Video lead or the RCA lead, but only if the TV is equipped with the appropriate inputs. The S-Video lead looks like a tiny DIN plug, and the RCA jacks are three separate plugs coloured red, white and yellow (yellow is composite video, red and white are left and right stereo sound). If you use S-Video you will also need to make a separate connection for sound (using the red and white RCA connectors). Sometimes the TV sound input is a mini stereo jack, and you will need a Y connector to adapt the two RCA connectors to the mini jack, or maybe the camera's sound output is also by mini jack, in which case you may need the reverse Y connector. Most TVs have some way of accepting a video signal, but you may already be using it for a DVD player or the like.

If your TV lacks these connections, you may be able to use an adapter. In the UK, most recent TVs have a SCART (Peritel) socket, which takes a big plug with 21 connections on it. You can get an adapter to fit that socket that will allow you to plug in the RCA connectors and maybe the S-video too. I don't know what country you are in, or what adapters are available in your country if it isn't the UK.

Once you have made the connections, you must select the appropriate input on your TV. The other possible hiccup is setting the camera to the right video standard, NTSC or PAL., to match that used by your TV.

The USB cord will not connect your camera to the TV.

Please confirm where the place of cable camera movie watchin tv

It is called, usually, the A/V Jack (for Audio/Visual Jack). It is a small, round hole, that takes the small, cylindrical barrel plug (2.5 mm plug). The other end will have RCA plugs, one for the video, and two for the audio input (stereo) of the TV. It is usually on the back of the camcorder, and usually marked A/V. Hope this helps.

you would take the black rca plug opposite end of the red white and yellow plug. plug it into the side of the camcorder it should say a/v out and have a hole to plug it in then take the red white and yellow plugs and plug them into a tv and it should say a/v in then switch the tv to audio video 1 or 2 and it should work

How do I connect my Panasonic PV-L353 palmcoreder to my computer

You don't give enough details. More details would help.

I have a Panasonic IQ PV-IQ403 old palmcorder. I know how to connect it to a TV screen. I am not sure how a camcorder would connect to a computer. Maybe this information can be of help to you. I have separate flap door covering my RCA connections on my camera, located near the battery compartment. I just plug one end of the RCA cord into those connectors and the other end into the RCA connectors on my TV. I have to change the power switch on my camera over to the VCR position (take it off of the camera position). The TV has to be on channel 3 (or 4). I push play on my camera, and I can see what I have recorded on my TV screen.
This might work on your computer monitor. I am not an expert, but this information may be helpful.

Watching my recordings on tv

there should be a pair of rca (red, white, yellow) wires that came with the camcorder.....if you cant find those try going to radioshack or a nearby electronics place and tell them what you need to do and they will get you what you need. now for watching them on your tv....if you tv has the rca inputs usually attached to front of tv you can plug it in right there and switch the tv over to another input like video 1,2,etc sometimes it will say "line" instead of video.

Samsung 880x digital zoom scl906 need cord for tv

The cable that goes from the camcorder to the TV or VCR is a simple one to replace. It's got a standard 3.5mm stereo headphone jack at one end and RCA's at the other. So all you need is a cord that is designed to let you play an MP3 player through a home stereo, and Radio Shack sells these, as does Wal Mart. The only thing is that one cable will be red and one white, whereas the original had one yellow and one white. Just plug the red plug into the yellow video-in jack on your TV or VCR.

Camcorder hookup for tv?

I am successfully using my old Quasar VM-D51 camcorder as a WebCam and it works great. My computer has a TV Capture Card with an analog input (I am using the RCA plug on it). The camera has a output connection on the lower right side (just below the hand strap). You will need a mini plug to RCA adapter to make the transition. The software for the TV Capture Card does the rest. Radio Shack has all of the hardware you will need. Hope this helps. Good
