A person may feel numbness in their legs and feet due to sitting in a position that puts too much pressure on the nerves or reduces blood flow. Long-term numbness or a tingling feeling in the legs and feet may be due to conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), diabetes, peripheral artery disease, or fibromyalgia.
Eat more Big Mac Meals and drink more beer. The resulting weight gain might break the tensioner loose. Also take the trainer tension adjuster apart, clean and lubricate it just a bit.
This is posted in the TV section but either look online for whoever made the unit or if it is a conventional cord (3 pin) like a computer or appliance you should be able to find it local.
If the power cord is wired in (not a plug in) most electronics shops will be able to sell you the part.

These points are used to measure your rank as a trainer, unlock new breeds and interiors, unlock certain items in the local store, and allow you to teach advanced moves. Below are methods of obtaining and losing Trainer Points.

First make sure that your iPod’s hold button is of. (This is the little switch at the top left corner).
Move the hold switch to the on position and then move it back to off.
Hold down the Menu button on the clickwheel and the center button at the same time. Hold these together for 6-10 seconds. This should restart the iPod. You’ll know the iPod is restarting when the screen changes and the Apple logo appears.
If this doesn’t work at first, you should repeat the steps.
If this doesn’t work, you should try plugging your iPod into a power source and let it charge. Then repeat the steps.
To mount the elliptical trainer, firmly hold the handlebars or the T-handle and carefully step onto the pedal that is in the lowest position. Next, step onto the other pedal. Push the pedals until they begin to move with a
continuous motion. Note: The pedal disks can turn in either direction. It is recommended that you turn the pedal disks in the direction shown below;
however, to give variety to your exercise, you may choose to turn the pedal disks in the opposite direction.
To dismount the elliptical trainer, allow the pedals to come to a complete stop. CAUTION: The elliptical trainer does not have a free wheel; the pedals will continue to move until the flywheel stops. When
the pedals are stationary, step off the highest pedal first. Then, step off the lowest pedal.
As you exercise, you can adjust the resistance of the pedals with the resistance knob on the console. To increase the resistance, turn the knob clockwise; to decrease the resistance, turn the knob counterclockwise.
