Question about Thetford Norcold RV Cooler/Freezer
U need to replace the thermocuple or be sure its near the pilot also be sure to blow out any and all dust in that area

Just had to deal with this. Got the help I needed from The Norcold Guy. If the flame is present while the igniter is sparking, it means the power board isn't sensing the flame. They tell me there is a "flame sense circuit" on the circuit board. Replaced my board and it fixed the problem! Great company to work with too. Here is the board I needed for my 2003 Norcold 1200LRIM:
