Question about Air Tools & Compressors
Hi. I can assist you. Power sprayers are difficult to clean. They also tend to rust on the inside when put away wet. That said, completely disassemble your power painter and inspect every part. Just a small amount of dry paint in some of the tiny openings will cause the symptoms you are having. Once you are sure the parts are all clean, reassemble the gun and once again try running water through it. If you still don't get a spray, turn the knob that increases the pressure and the level of the buzzing noise.
One last thought, once your gun sprays water you will be able to spray somewhat thicker liquids but if the liquid is too thick it will not go through so do not hesitate to thin it.
