HOW TO REST MOTHERBOARD AFTER CHANGING BATTERY

If you changed the CMOS battery you in effect reset it. On boot up, go into the BIOS setup and check all settings. Even if you don't change any of the BIOS settings, save them as if you did and it will reboot. Should be OK then.

There are two choice for you:

How can i boot or restore from bios screen i keep getting error code 0xc000000d

Try going to one of the bios settings that offer a choice different from the present setting but would be equally ok or doesn't matter and make it change to the new setting - then go to the exit or whatever to confirm the change and press enter. The cpt should then boot up. If not keep reading all of the printed entries available in the bios (including bios reset or bios update) and go with one of them. There also should be a bios disconnect lead on the mboard which can reset the bios - be a bit careful with that choice..

Changed bios to set to factory reset with recovery disks

??Why were you messing with the bios?? Has absolutely Nothing to do with a restore!!!1-computersurgeons.com for a restore disc set. 2-Most important part, restore is useless without the correct bios. U R N over your head, but wimsbios.com for bios, flasher & u need a boot disc, hope it has a floppy, otherwise you have to make an iso boot disc with the correct bios & flasher on it(preferrably an cd-rw so it can retrieve bad bips on) good luck...u gonna need it.

When i start my pc a get at meeage that ram is over clk and the pc not start.tell me how to reset ram clk during startup

You'll need to clear the bios back to its default settings. There sre five versions of motherboards.
See the list below;
P4M890-M7 TE 7.x
P4M890-M7 SE 7.x
P4M890-M7 PCI-E 7.1
P4M890-M7 PCI-E 7.0
P4M890-M7 FE 7.x
I'll guide you using the manual for P4M890-M7 FE 7.x
Turn to page 17 and follow the instruction to clear the cmos. Open page 6 for a closer look of the JCMOS location. Once finished you will need to enter the bios and re-setup the settings. This time around try not to over clock the memory.

DELL Optiplex 330 keeps rebooting after setting BIOS to factory setting

The processor speed may be too high or too low for the computer to handle. It can become reset to a default choice when you reset the BIOS. Just keep changing it until something works. (There should be around 3 choices)

Try changing the CMOS Battery, Are you sure you are putting the jumper on the right pins, what happens if you save and exit bios without changing the jumper back, you may be resetting the CMOS with the jumper. does the clock keep accurate time if you leave the jumper on so you can get into the BIOS after turning PC off unplugging power then plug back in and check time in BIOS, if it is not keeping time, you may have a bad battery

Oc failed

in this case i assume the 'OC' is refering to the overclocking facility in your bios, so firstly press F2 or Del when your pc is booting up and, unless you have changed any settings to cause the fault, look in the cmos settings for 'Load Default Settings', save settings and exit for a reboot and see if the same message pops up. If so you may need to check the memory is seated correctly and any other peripheral connected to your motherboard, assuming it is a desktop pc. Isf still no change try resetting the bios by way of a terminal called CLRCMOS or CLR CLK or JBAT1, but you will have to refer to yourmotherboard manula or post the board details back here.
