I have not got the cd software to setup my all in one kodak esp7 printer please help

Go to the manufacturer's website, in your case kodak.com, to download and install the latest drivers for your model, esp7.

Make sure you're downloading drivers for the iMac computer platform.

The above link takes you to a page that allows you to compare prices on several ink sources from Kodak.com which are recommended for your printer.

Please don't use aftermarket ink in your printer as it is not recommended for optimal performance.

Press Menu > Keep pushing the down arrow button until you get a (yellow-blue gears on the top left of the printer screen) > Press Ok > Select the 4th option in the list > Press Ok > The 1st language is english > Press Ok

Printer setup should take no longer than 15 mins.

Plug in and turn on your printer connect the USB lead to it but DO NOT connect to PC.

Insert drivers CD and run installation, connect printer to PC when asked to.

That should be it done (a few mins after connecting printer.)

Try reinstalling the software from the web at this site

And before that you have to run the Clear utility sofware from Kodak, this is to remove the previous install on your PC

it is a problem with paper picking roller.pls check it.

open the Kodak all in one home center on your desktop and click on Connect your kodak printer or install your kodak printer. if the printer drivers are installed,go to printers in control panel and set the Kodak printer as default. If not resolved,Download latest version of software that is 4.2 from www.kodak.com.

call kodak @ 1800 421 6699. they will fix ur problem. if nbot,they will replace ur printer or may be software issue with ur printer they will assist u better as this issue cannot be solved orally or by chat

Open the kodak all in one home center on your desktop and click on [?] on top most right hand side. choose maintenance under general links and choose printhead cleaning. perhaps problem with scanner drivers of the printer. Try to install the latest version of Printer software from www.kodak.com/go/downloads on your computer. then open the kodak home center software and click on scan pictures. Adjust the settings and you are ready to go. download the user manual from www.kodak.com/go/manuals. all the best.

Kodak had a batch of bad cartridges, I got 3 of them. All come from China. I used the online chat to describe the problem. They promised to send me new cartridges.
