I have a Garland Mater 200 electric oven and the fan continues to run even with the door open. Is there a switch / sensor that controls that?

This web site had a manual that may answer you question. It seems that here is a heat/cool switch. The cool switch is designed to function to cool the oven down by running the fan with the door open. If you close the door, it will heat so the door has to stay open.

I have a Garland MCO GS 10, and the Master 450 indicates "SRB Overheat" when ever it is turned on. I can not find a definition of "SRB". Could someone please enlighten me?

If what you say is true, look for a vent fan to keep board and compartment cool. may not be working, no air flow, dirty.
