Question about Electronics - Others

Need help Just bought a SAMSUNG J600 and a Sandisk Micro SD Multikit. This is my first phone with MP3 capability, camera ect., and I have never used a memory card before. I tried putting the tiny 1GB card in the Micro SD to SD Aadapter card and load music tracks from my PC to the memory card so I could have them on my phone. The tracks are on the micro sd to sd adapter card but not on the tiny card When I put it in my phone, it says memory card is empty. Am I doing something wrong and what is the sandisk adapter for cause it doesn't fit in to the micro sd to SD thingy?

You need to install memory card in phone then attach a data cable specfically for your phone (available at cell phone dealer) into phone and the other end to the usb of the pc if our phone came with software load it on pc then use the software to transfer the music files from your pc to your phone.

Adding a micro sd to your phone increases multimedia capabilities

Adding a Micro SD card to your cell phone is a wonderful way of fully using the multimedia capabilities of most modern day phones.
Most current cell phones now have the capability of having a micro SD card. It it simple to add one and is similar to inserting your SIM card. Take of the battery backing, pull out you battery and you will view a small rectangular slot which holds your cell SIM card. If your phone has the option of having a micro SD storage card you will see a similar smaller rectangular slot or compartment for a micro SD.
You can purchase micro SD cards at many stores and the price has dropped tremendously and can now holds up to 16 gigabytes of memory. With this card in place you can now use your phone to hold a large amount of songs which can be used for ring tones and use you phone as a MP3 player. If your phone has a camera you will be able to store far more pictures then any phone comes standard with. You can also, place and store important documents on your phone. With a large enough card your phone should fully cover all your multimedia needs and unlock the full potential of your phone.
A micro SD card is a great way to get the most out of your cell phone.

Micro sd 4gb card problems.

Check the Sansa tutorials at http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1468
to make sure you have followed all the steps first.

In my experience, every mp3 player/photo frame/etc with a card reader has a MAXIMUM memory limit for the type of card that it can read. It is possible that the Sansa player can only read 2GB Micro SD cards or smaller - and thisi nformation may not have been available when they printed the manual. If you have followed all instructions, and it still will not read the card, try switching to a 2GB Micro SD card.
