there is no two ways about it... either take the machine apart and pull out the paper or get a pair of plyers and pull out the paper... or pay someone to do it...
Go to www.kodak.com/go/itg and select all in one printers and then paper jam as your problem. they will give you step by step instructions to resolve the issue. if this does not solve the issue,
call kodak @ 1800 421 6699 and they will replace the printer for you free of cost as all the esp-3 printers are in warranty as of now.
Kodak has a repair page and I followed their directions on fixing the paper jam. Actually, I also got to know my printer a little more because of their online suggestions and directions. Thanks!! Margie Prothro
Kodak esp3 always showing paper jam .I have disconnected and followed instructions to fix through IT phoneline No joy! How can I fix this problem ? mary
It isn't fixed yet, I have spoken to the shop I bought it from and I have got to take it back in for an exchange printer, they think it must be a manufacturing fault. Thank you for your help, how will I let you know if it works?
if your got that printer please bring to your dealer and they well check it..its under warranty... maybe that printer got trouble with the circuit inside...
Decided to press resume/copy and as the cartridge was cycling to the left pulled the plug. The cartridge was now stuck on the left and the right section of the printer was now accessable. Removed a piece of paper that got crumpled in and the problem was resolved on re start.
Yes, put it in the box and take it back, and don't look back. A paper jam is the least of it's problems. Wait till you keep track of the ink you use: 4 4X6 color pictures, and 85 black printed pages before you have to replace the inks. I know , I have one, 3 printheads replaced, and recently Kodak send a rebuilt printer. Kodak has big problems with this.
