Under Main Menu select -> Settings -> select phone profiles -> select normal profile by pressing the >> icon against it -> while on this screen on the top you would see a drop down list with following options "Incoming" "New Messages" "Phone Sounds", select "Phone Sounds" and slide phone sound volume to 0 value and save your profile

Better way...Just press a volume key once. It will show you the window where you can increase/decrease volume of keypads as well as vibration intensity.
Make sure that you press a volume key when there is no applicaion running. Means you are on desktop.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There's actually no way to do that. The phone automatically locks once a call comes in. I am also a user of this phone and tried to search for this answer myself, but, unfortunately, there really is no way to turn it off.
