Needs service maintainance,

    Duhh, tell me something I don't know yet. Of course it needs service maintenance. The problem is that in this industrial society of planned obsolescence the manufacturers prefer that you buy a new printer instead of making the one you have last longer. Certified technicians, when available, would charge almost as much as a new printer costs for the service.

    What I need to know, genius, is how to do it myself! Where and how should I apply how much of what kind of lubricant.

Why do I get 3 groans during calibration accompanied by a 51.2m error ?

51.2 is a laser error.

there should be another number after the 2,

0 = black laser

1 = cyan laser

2 = magenta laser

3 = yellow laser.

The groan is most likely the polygon motor has lost its lubrication and may just need to be cleaned and re-lubricated.

You can also try reseating the connectors from the lasers to the DC controller PCB...

Groaning noise when turning wheel in either direction. almost sounds like a cow mooing.

Have the tie rod ends checked for no lubrication, they are the common source of this type of noise. I think a tire shop can listen to the noise give you an answer as to what it may cost to fix at little or no charge.

Amana side by side fridge makes a groaning noise when freezer is shut, no ice buildup nothing, just groans when light button is pushed

When light goes out, fan starts inside. Groaning sounds like the fan is hitting on something or has a dry bearing. Spray with wd40 on the shaft

2005 saturn vue, have rubbing sound when turning steering wheel at low speeds,occurs when backing up or going foward

I would start by inspecting the tire and wheel well for any physical contact. Outside of that, is sounds like a wheel bearing. A failing wheel bearing or a bearing with a flat spot will groan and sometimes mimic the sound of mud tires. A flat spot can be causes by even a slight impact the the wheel.

Rollers make a loud noise when we need new rollers

Does it make a groaning sound, when picking up the paper from the cassette tray? If it does, sounds like you need to order a set of feed rollers. You can tell if there worn down, just by feeling if there's still some treading, just like a bald tire. Good Luck!

96 Grand Am Groaning

Sounds like the power steering pump failing. If it seems to be worse when you turn the wheel at a stop, it is time for a new p/s pump.

Loud Abnormal Sounds with each print job

It may be a paper feed issue. If using a duplexer, try removing the duplexing unit and try printing again. It's often attached to the back of a printer.
