I'm not sure if you mean the actual product code how the game is bought or the product key where you install the game with.
If you mean the exact product code (that gets read to buy the product, so NOT for installing the game) for AoM: the titans (the expansion only) it is 805529486478
I myself have a package that include both titans and the regular AoM, and for that it is 805529879355. If you do not mean the product code but the product key code (TO INSTALL THE GAME), then you should look above your CD, usually it shows "product key" and then 25 letters and numbers. Type that code in to install. If it is not above your CD in the CD box, then look on the backside of your manual. A CD product key is personal and all codes are unique, meaning if you use the code once, you can't use it again, meaning you can only use your own code, and you cannot for example google it. I hope it helped. Usually these two get confused, but I think you mean the second one to install it, because the product key isn't good for anything really, except finding the game on a database.
Hi, if the keyboard is working in any other user account . The user account has gone corrupt. You can recreate a new admin account. But before you do that back up all the my documents folder.
1. Restart the computer and press the F8 key a couple of times before windows starts 2. Select safe mode and press enter 3. Select the admin account and log in 4. Click on Yes to continue to work in safe mode
create new account in windows Xp http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/winxp/accounts.mspx
Create a new account using windows vista http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile
Once the new account is created you and delete the old admin account
If this is from a torrent site, then you most likely will have to use a cd emulation software to mount the .iso image. A good one is "Virtual CloneDrive" http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html which is free.
Go to the directory where you installed AOM, find the executable file that starts the game. More than likely a derivative of the name of the game followed by exe (Example: AOM.exe)
Right click on the file and select properties.
This will bring up a dialog box that has many options.
The one we are concerned with is "Run as administrator" put a check mark in this box and close the dialog box.
The game is now set to run in administrator mode NO matter WHAT the user level is that executes it.
