Question about HP Compaq ProLiant 6000 Server
Well, I got this Compaq ProLaint 6000 server and it worked perfectly fine for like... a day. What happened was that I was moving the server to another room to connect it to the internet, but after that, it didn't boot up. Sure, it turned on, but it like froze or something and now it won't work. I was afraid that it had something to do with the power but when I moved it back it still didn't boot correctly. All it says on that little LCD screen is COMPAQ LCD Model # 56022 LCD Firmware 1.9, whereas it is supposed to say COMPAQ LCD and a selection to the main menu. I didn't break it or purposely hit it against anything while I was moving it. It just... stopped working. If anyone needs more info, just shoot me a text at email@example.com.
What has happened the main board system battery is old and when you moved this server has lost setup first step is clean the system check the voltage without power applied you will find low voltage replace the battery rest you setup setting If this not resolve the problem comtact me . Hope this helps you
