Re: fridge freezer door ice maker

The ice maker controls the seloniod the icemaker wire arm must be all the way down .just because the seloniod test good doesnt mean the valve seat isnt stuck the water valves open by your house water pressure if your filter is dirty this can also lower the pressure if the icemaker module is bad this also can cause it if you pull the front of the ice-maker off you will se a bunch of holes if you get a piece of 10 Gage house strip about 1/4 inch off either side and insert it into the holes marked t and h that will test cycle the ice maker they will be close together don't get shocked if the ice maker cycles and doesnt fill and the ice maker fill tube isn't frozen replace the water valve if the ice-maker doesn't cycle replace the brown motor module

Jenn air french door water dispenser broken

You have two sides to your 67006531 Dual Water Inlet Valve, so it is very possible the side that controls the water flow for the dispenser is defective. Replace the 67006531 Dual Water Control Valve and I believe your fridge water will work fine.
I will be here should you have more questions, Thanks Sea Breeze

I have a Jenn Air JRSD209W refrigerator. The ice maker stopped making ice. So far I have replaced the water supply solenoid and the ice maker unit. The unit is cycling mechanically, but no water is...

Check the water line that goes from the water fill valve to the ice maker to see if it's frozen shut.
You can remove the ice maker water line from the water fill valve and see if you can blow air through it. If you can't blow through it then its frozen shut.
Sometimes they freeze shut if the water inlet valve was seeping a little water past it when it was off.
If that is the case you have already replaced it so after thawing the water line out you should be good to go.

Water is leaking out the bottom of my brand new Jenn Air French door model JFC 2089 HE. Why?

likely a lot of condensate has been collecting in the catch tray, and it hasn't been able to evaporate off. You may have to slide the fridge out, and empty the tray by hand.

Jenn-Air bottom freezer ice maker not working

I took the arm of the ice-making machine out of the slot and put it back in, pushing it snugly inside the slot, then raised and lowered it several times. Then, with the arm in the up (stop making ice) position, I felt inside the ice-making tray, where I noted there were ice cubes as well as a sheet of ice at the base of the ice-making tray. I poured approximately 24 oz. of hot tap water into the tray to melt the sheet of ice. I turned the freezer temp control to "warmer". I think the freezer temp setting was too cold, causing the ice maker to freeze the water before it could make cubes. I have a working ice maker again!
