Question about Canon PIXMA iP1500 InkJet Photo Printer
CANNOT GET THIS PRINTER TO PRINT COLOR... I MAY HAVE INSTALLED THE PRINT CARTRIDGE WRONG I'M NOT SURE. I PUT THE COLOR CARTRIDGE ON THE LEFT AND THE BLACK ON THE RIGHT. I KEEP GETTING BLACK AND WHITE PRINTOUTS. ANY IDEAS?
Confirm that the ink tanks are installed properly
replacing the ink tanks, confirm that the new ink tanks are installed
properly. If the ink tanks are not locked into place, paper may not be
fed properly, or ink may not be supplied to the print head.
Ink tanks installed correctly
Ink tanks installed incorrectly
Note: If the ink tanks are not installed properly, paper may not be fed properly, or ink may not be ejected.
