Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
use this link to download drivers for printers just need to enter the service tag of the printer , once saved the drivers unistall the printer application completely go to start click on control pannel and select add remove programs uninstall the printer application and drivers from there once done with it restart the computer and reinstall the drivers which we saved earlier , one done with installation restart the computer and it will work fine .
