Question about GE Profile Spacemaker JVM1871 Microwave Oven
Thanks for using FixYa. It means that the temperature censor has gone bad and it is not cutting off automatically. It might have also happened due to some burnt component/wire inside the oven because of the over heating.
To check this you’ll need to disassemble the oven and look for any burnt component or wire inside the oven. Also check for dark/black spots near any component which indicates that there was an internal mal function.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
