SOURCE: Kyocera KM-3035 - Paper Jam 00 error. Paper removed, still not working.

Check to make sure that their is no paper that is jammed in the paper draw. Also open the main panel where you would change the toner and pull out the little draw underneath the toner, I believe it is marked A2. Make sure that there is no paper there as well. Another place that paper will sometimes hide is in the left panel by the duplex system. Sometimes a little piece of paper gets left behind and this can cause the system to think there is still paper jammed in the machine. If all else fails try restarting the system. If you are still experiencing a problem than I would recommend you call your servicing dealer.

Hopes this helps.

SOURCE: 13 Paper Jam - but there is no paper inside!

I have a long solution (possibly) to your issue:

Error 13 Paper Jam

  • Paper jams can occur in 3 places: Entry, registration and exit.
  • If the paper isn't picking up out of the paper tray, visually inspect the pickup roller. If it looks shiny, replace it. You should also replace the separation pad as they work together. On the 4L/4P/5P/6P the pickup roller has a plastic shaft that breaks. You'll have to replace the whole pickup assembly. This requires major disassembly of the printer. Check our printer repair kits for your model printer. If you don't see it listed, email us.
  • If you have an HP 4/4+/5 with an optional 500 sheet feeder that's jamming, check the balance knob adjustment. Center it with a full **** of paper for proper operation.
  • If the paper is jamming at registration or anywhere between pickup and exit it could be a number of things. Check the paper path for torn bits of paper or label residue. On the II/III series, remove the metal registration guide plate (2 screws) and check underneath it. If the pickup rollers are moderately worn, the paper will stop just short of the registration roller. On the 4L/4P/5P/6P remove the screw holding the oblique roller assembly (Inside front of printer) and pull out and inspect the assembly and the area under it. On the HP 4/4+/5 pivot up the metal plate and check underneath it. Check the roller assembly on the left side for torn scraps of paper (a flashlight or torch is necessary).
  • Make sure paper cassettes are firmly seated, corner tabs aren't bent. Some trays have lifting springs that could pop out if tray has been dropped.
  • On HP IIP/IIP+/IIIP printers if the paper scrunches up at the toner cartridge you'll need our Inside Accordion Jam Repair Kit.
  • Check your software settings in the program you are attempting to print from. Do you have the correct paper size specified? If you have a different paper size than what is in the tray, you'll get a paper jam.
  • Exit jams are frequently caused by exit sensors. These sensors are typically mounted on the fuser assembly or adjacent to it. They are plastic arms that block and unblock an optical sensor. The arms can get stuck or knocked out of place when clearing paper jams. The optical sensors can also get dirt blocking the photo cell. Clean the sensor and check for free movement and proper installation of the sensor arms.
  • On HP II/III series exit jams are mostly caused by worn gears. The best way to troubleshoot this is to defeat the door interlock (see door interlock photo on troubleshooting page). Press down on the arm on the top right of the fuser. Initiate a test page. While holding down the arm, press one of the metal cartridge detect switches just below the door interlock. Watch the movement of the gears. You will get a 51 error because the door is open. Recycle power to get rid of error. There is an arm gear on the lower right of the fuser that can shed teeth. There is also a 14 tooth gear below the large gear on top of the fuser. You can also manually rotate the large gear and check for binding or crunching. If that happens, then replace the 14 tooth gear. On the door, there are some delivery coupler gears that mate with the fuser and drive the exit roller. Check the gears for excessive wear. Replace if necessary. If the paper gets almost all the way out and jams, replace the exit roller or the exit roller assembly. If the error occurs after fuser replacement, check and see if the connector on the left of the fuser is properly mated with the one in the printer.
  • On HP IIP/IIP+/IIIP printers if the paper has accordion folds on the bottom and jams on exit, order our Top Output Accordion Jam Repair Kit.
  • On HP 4/4+/5 printers the most common cause of exit jams is the exit assembly. Order our 4/4+/5 Exit Jam Repair Kit. Exit jams in the fuser can be caused by a broken fuser drive gear or a broken gear on the fuser. Remove the fuser and check the gear inside the printer for broken teeth. Manually turn the gears on the fuser and check for smooth operation. Check the paper exit sensor arm for proper mounting and free movement.
  • Check to make sure the rear door is closed on the printer. Open doors can cause 13 paper jam indications.
  • On the 5L/6L check the registration sensor arm below the pickup roller. Also check the exit sensor arm (bottom center of the fuser). These arms frequently get stuck or dislodged clearing paper jams. On these printers, if you are experiencing frequent paper jams, order our 5L/6L Multi-Sheet/No Feed Repair Kit

Good luck with it, I love the HP LaserJet 4 series of printers. I used to warm my coffee on the top of the fuser when I was doing large print jobs :-)

If this information helps, please give me a rating, thanks!

SOURCE: paper jam

try this....
try this, its probably a small part of jammed paper or then theres a problem with the pickup, try cleaning it.

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Remove any paper trays. Inspect them for wrinkled or damaged paper.
  3. Also open the back cover of the printer if this model has one.
  4. Open any other doors that give access to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge.
  5. If necessary, remove the toner or ink cartridge. Place it away from light/ sun light to avoid damaging it.
  6. If you find a piece of jammed paper, remove it by holding it with both hands and pulling firmly. The goal is to keep the paper from tearing. If several pieces are jammed together, try pulling out the middle piece first to loosen the jam.
  7. If the paper does tear, try rotating the roller gears manually to free the paper. Don't force anything, though. Do this step especially if the jam message comes up repeatedly without any obvious paper jam, there may be a small tear of paper inside.
  8. Ones the printer is free of paper Replace the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays, close any doors you opened and turn the printer back on.
  9. If the printer paper jam message still appears, then there is still some paper in the printer. Reinspect the paper path.
  10. see alternative if the problem is still not solved.

alternative :
Load a piece of thick paper, for example photo paper and press the resume button (may be diffrent button on diffrent models) a few times to the printer picks up the paper and puts it through the machine.

The paper is probably jammed between the fuser and the rear cover if you can't see it.

My HP printer shows: "13.ff.ff. jam in right door" error message, what can I do?

I could not find this error on HP tech site documented for this printer, but on the 551 which is the same engine without the scanner and this error indicates a problem with multiple sensors. If you have run a sensor test and all sensors test ok then the service documentation states that the DC controller is likely the issue.

Thank you contacting FixYa for your printer inquiry.
This error is associated with either a sheet of paper blocking the paper path or a partial piece of paper that blocks path or trips a sensor. The printer will usually throw up a error code 13.XX on the display and the XX is a number that will indicate where in the paper path this error most probably occurred. Just follow the steps for your error on the below chart.
This link will take you to the user guide which will be helpfull identifying components and providing guidelines for most of the helpful hints and things you will need to know about this printer.

HP Laserjet Error Codes 0 - 19 Message on printer Display Panel What it means. What to do. 13.XX PAPER JAM [LOCATION] Media is jammed at the specified location (and possibly at other locations). If the message persists after all jams have been cleared, a sensor or sensor lever might be stuck or broken. For all jam messages, do the following: 1. Remove jammed print media from the specified location. Check the entire paper path for other pieces of media in the path. 2. Open and close the top cover to clear the message. 3. Check sensors and flags in the paper path for proper operation. 3.0 PAPER JAM [LOCATION] A non-specific paper jam occurred. 1. Remove jammed media from the specified location. 2. Verify the paper tray is fully closed. 3. Inspect and/or replace the feed and separation rollers. 4. Ensure there is no obstruction in the path, such as a torn piece of paper. 5. Open and close the top cover to clear the message. 6. Check sensors and flags for proper operation. 13.1 PAPER JAM OPEN INPUT TRAYS Paper-delay jam at paperfeed area. 1. Ensure that paper trays are loaded and adjusted properly so media can feed from the tray. It might be necessary to reduce the stack height of media in the tray. 2. Check the input area for obstructions such as media in the path. Also check to see if the registration assembly damaged or unseated. 3. Replace any defective sensors or flags. 4. Verify the media meets the specifications. 5. Check the pickup feed and separation rollers for unusual wear. Replace as needed. 6. Rotate the media in the input tray by 180° and/or turn it over On NX engines this is most likely the fuser flag or the ACPM. The ACPM has a photosensor hard-wired to the back of it. 13.10 PAPER JAM CHECK DUPLEXER Jam at duplexer. 1. Check the duplexer and the rear area of the printer for obstructions or damage. 2. Check the duplexer for proper operation. Replace the duplexer if a sensor is defective. On a 5si, 8000, or 8100 series laserjet a Duplex Jam can be caused by a tray 2 and 3 feed assembly failure. 13.14 For Laserjet 5si. This error is caused by a defective paper control PCA Replace paper control PCA. 13.2 PAPER JAM OPEN INPUT TRAYS Paper-stopped jam at paper-feed area. 1. Check the input area for obstructions such as paper in the path. Also check to see if the registration assembly is damaged or if the transfer roller is out of place. 2. Replace any defective sensors or flags. 3. Ensure the media does not exceed the maximum length. 4. If multiple sheets are feeding, it might be necessary to fan the media and reduce the stack height. Also, replace separation pad. 5. Verify that the fuser is properly installed. On NX engines this is an input jam. 13.20 PAPER JAM CHECK REAR DOOR Media stopped in the paper path during power on or when the top door was closed. 1. Remove all media in the paper path, and then open and close the top cover. 2. If the message persists after all media is removed: Check if media is jammed in the prefeed area. Replace any defective sensors or flags 13.21 DOOR OPEN JAM The top cover was open while printing. 1. Clear the jam and close the top door. 2. If the message persists, check the top door switch for proper operation. 13.5 PAPER JAM CHECK REAR DOOR Paper-delay jam at fuser. 1. Check the transfer roller and small media belt to ensure they are operating and can feed print media. 2. Check the paper path for obstructions at the transfer roller, toner cartridge, paper feed assembly, and fuser. 3. Replace any defective sensors or flags. 4. Turn the media stack over and/ or rotate it by 180° in the input tray. If still persists - replace fuser, then DC controller. 13.6 PAPER JAM CHECK REAR DOOR Paper-stopped jam at fuser. 1. Check the paper path for obstructions at the fuser and output/delivery area. 3. Replace any defective sensors or flags. 13.99 PAPER JAM [LOCATION] A non-specific paper jam occurred. 1. Remove jammed media from the specified location. 2. Verify the paper tray is fully closed. 3. Inspect and/or replace the feed and separation rollers. 4. My HP Color Laserjet 3600n had a paper jam. The

Your best method of troubleshooting is the manual sensor test as this is a generic paper jam error.

on your sensor tests:

0 = off
1 = on

A = TOP OF PAGE SENSOR
B = PAPER LOOP SENSOR
C = N/A
D = FUSER PAPER SENSOR
E = DELIVERY-TRAY PAPER-FULL SENSOR
F = FUSER PRESSURE-RELEASE SENSOR
G = MEDIA SENSOR
H = N/A
I = MP TRAY SENSOR
J = CASSETTE SENSOR
K = DOOR OPEN DETECTION SWITCH
L = DEVELOPING ESTRANGEMENT SENSOR - CLR
M = DEVELOPING ESTRANGEMENT SENSOR - BLK
N = MP TRAY MEDIA POSITION SENSOR

A-F are paper path sensors - you can toggle them and watch if they change from 0 to 1. If they do, the problem is not in that area.

G can have states from 0-7 each one representing a different type of paper - shouldn't have anything to do with jamming.

hope this helps. probably a tiny piece of paper or toner somewhere. could also be a torsion spring out of position on a flag.

Paper jam. we removed the major portion of it. bit of paper is inside. we can't find out that. display shows 13.20.00. we removed front and back except toner catridge. what we have to do.

Try this linke below.
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=411171&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=411171&objectID=c00642524

Or i cut and paste text, but you should view pictures. If you cannot get to it from link. Try typing "Paper jams alternating between front and back door" It should be first link from HP about a 3550.

document.tlSearch.tx.value=unescape("") s.gif s.gif
HP Color LaserJet 3500, 3550, and 3700 Series Printers - Paper Jams Alternating Between Front and Back Door Issue Description Customers may see paper jams error messages with no paper seen in the paper path. The message will alternate between check the front door and the back door. Workaround The release lever engagement tabs on the rear door can be bumped into the in-correct position. The purpose for this tab is to re-engage the fuser release levers as the rear door is closed. When one or both of these are left in the in-correct position the printer goes into a cycle of alternating between a "Jam in the Front Door" message and "Jam in the Rear Door" message. There is no paper present in the paper path when this happens. When a customer gets the "Jam in the Front Door" message and opens the front door, no paper is found. After the customer closes the front door, they get the "Jam in the Rear Door" message. When they open the rear door, find not paper (even pull out the fuser), and close the rear door, they get the "Jam in the Front Door" message. This cycle will continue

Placing both engagement tabs in the "Correct" position solves the problem and allows the print job to continue.for as long as the customer is willing to keep checking.
