Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Try first connecting the Go Gear to a computer.
If the Gogear is seen on the computer, save all files and format the hard disk.
Try doing a soft reset. Use a paper clip into the pinhole reset button on the side of the player, near to the usb port. Hold the clip inside the hole until the unit reset and restart.
If still no luck , then contact Philips at the number listed on the user manual.

perhaps you do not have the audio player for the music.ext you are downloading. Look at the file name. It should say something like music.mp3 or some other 3 letter extension. Make sure you have the proper application to run it.
