To start with, connect two devices (they can be iOS devices, Android or Symbian) to your computer via USB cables. When your devices are connected and detected by your computer, run Phone to Phone Transfer..
The names of your devices will be displayed in the places of "Source" and "Destination". You can click the blue button "Flip" between the two phones when you decide to change the places of the two devices.

I need to send 1 fax to several recepts

You can send a fax to up to 142 fax numbers, using any combination of dialing methods:
- One-touch Speed Dialing (up to 32 destinations)
Press the desired One-Touch Speed dial button(s)
- Coded Speed Dialing (up to 100 destinations)
Press [Coded Dial] > enter the 2 digit code (00-99) using the numeric buttons and be sure to press [Coded Dial] before each code
- Regular dialing and redialing (10 destinations)
Enter the number using the numeric buttons or [Redial/Pause] and be sure to press [Set] after each entry with the numeric keys

After all the numbers are listed, press [Start]. The machine will scan in the document (memory) and then begin sending it to the destinations in numerical order, starting with One-Touch, then Coded and finally the numbers dials with the numeric keys.

You can also create a group if you frequently send faxes to the same group of people by first saving them as One-Touch and then adding them to a new group.

How to program a destination

In general, once you key in an address and then select a route, the name/route will be saved in "recent destinations." If you want to use that destination, just select it. If you want to add it to "Favorites", then select "Add Favorite" and all your recent destinations will appear. Select the one you want and rename it: E.g., instead of "220 W. Walnut St." rename it "Grandma's House" and it is set.
