Question about Heating & Cooling
The unit has a built in thermostat in the front control panel, this is what maintains the set temperature, it is very likely that this control is defective, all the controls for the unit are contained in the CCU (central control unit) and it is replaced as one part, you can locate a repair facility for the unit at the following number.
