Your power brake booster is bolted to the rear engine compartment, or firewall, from the inside , so you need to disconnect the rod from the brake pedal, and locate and remove the bolts that hold it. You also have to unbolt your brake master cylinder too.

Remove & lubricate with WD-40 for overnight in warm place. If no go--heat with a torch as long as its all metal. If no go--replace.

double check the battery terminal or wire connector if loose,go to nearest autozone to check the load test on the alternator,your alternator might loosing it already.

Air conditioner only works on high 99 chrysler town and country van we change the switch and the motor and it still doen't work on lower settings

you need a blower resistor maybe a blower motor also but the resistor is for speeds and it usually goes when the blower motor starts to draw too much power the resistor is outside under the cowl on the passanger side you may need a connector pigtail also the dealer will have what you need
